<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator for a fuel cell in which a seal which is more slender and thinner in comparison with a conventional compressed seal is realized by forming an adhesive seal, by forming a nitride layer on a surface of the separator for the fuel cell, reducing contact resistance, and improving corrosion resistance. <P>SOLUTION: In the separator 3 for the fuel cell, the nitride layer 14 is formed on a surface of a base material 15 by a plasma nitride treatment, and the adhesive seal 57 is formed at a part in which a fluid is sealed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
