摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve dynamic promotion in an EC site by dynamically starting an incentive such as a pin-point discount in a real time to a customer who hesitates to visit the EC site, and to purchase merchandise. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal which performs access to an EC site is specified from cookie, and the browsing history of a merchandise page is stored for each terminal.
