<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a system for registering a new case into a case database so as to enrich quality or an amount of the case database supporting image diagnosis of an image reading medical specialist and a doctor in charge, in a medical information system supporting the image diagnosis including image reading of image information. <P>SOLUTION: This image registration system is a system for registering observation information related to a diagnostic image of the doctor in charge and a new diagnostic image, and the image information such as examination observation information and a diagnostic result related to the diagnostic image of the diagnostic reading medical specialist into the case database, in the medical information system comprising the doctor in charge performing photographing, the diagnostic reading medical specialist performing the diagnosis by diagnostic reading, and the case database storing a case image and the observation information thereof.
