<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized optical transceiver module and an optical communication device capable of reducing cross talk without complicating an electric conductive pattern. <P>SOLUTION: The optical transceiver module 1 has a stem 10A consisting of disk-like metal. In the stem 10A, electrode pins 11A-11C of a transmitting system and electrode pins 11D-11F of a receiving system are arranged in different regions via a division line B formed by pin holders 12A and 12B consisting of an insulation material. An LD 13 is connected to the electrode pins 11B and 11C of the transmitting system, and a line excepting the power supply of a PD 14 and an IC 21 is connected to the electrode pins 11D-11F of the receiving system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
