PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board which comprises a frame body and a heat sink made of a metal plate, and in which when joining both, a solder material is hard to be a hindrance to screw-up in the heat sink. SOLUTION: The wiring board comprises a heat sink 2 which is made of the metal plate having a surface 3 and a back 4, has a mounting part 5 of an electronic part (c) at the center of the surface 3, and also has a screw attaching part made of a through-hole 6 around the mounting part 5; and a frame body 10 made of an insulating material, and joined to the surface 3 of the heat sink 2 surrounding the mounting part 5 of the heat sink 2. In the wiring board 1 of outside surfaces 11, 12 of the frame body 10 on the outside surface 12 close to the through-hole 6 of the screw attaching part, a recess 14 recessing to the mounting part 5 side, and a metallized part 16 coating an inner face of the recess 14, are formed.
