EXHAUST PIPE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust pipe which has no environmental problem and a high reliability and with which a thinner PDP and an FED can be manufactured efficiently and with a high yield. SOLUTION: The exhaust pipe is made of glass which has a linear thermal expansion coefficient of 75 to 90x10-7/°C at 30 to 380°C and a softening point of 670°C or less, and a working temperature of 970°C or less.
