PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device capable of improving brightness and controlling view angle property. SOLUTION: The display device has first electrodes 60 arranged at every pixels PX arranged in matrix-shape, formed on a wiring substrate 120 in a shape of independent islands; a second electrode 66 arranged in opposition to the first electrodes 60, in common with all pixels; organic active layers 64 interposed between the first electrodes 60 and the second electrode 66; and reflection layers RL arranged at a part along the periphery of each pixel PX and having a function of reflecting the light generated in the organic active layers 64.
