PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for appropriately deciding a management node in a distributed processing system constituted of in-vehicle terminals. SOLUTION: The distributed processing system constituted of a plurality of the in-vehicle terminals connected with one another by radio communication and forming a vehicle group comprises: a traveling route acquisition means for acquiring scheduled traveling route information from each of the in-vehicle terminals; and a management node decision means for making the in-vehicle terminal traveling farthest on a road where the vehicle group travels among the in-vehicle terminals within the vehicle group function as the management node.
