PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner for vehicle capable of reducing power burden on a compressor by reducing loss by passage resistance and stabilizing a refrigeration cycle by eliminating stagnant oil or refrigerant. SOLUTION: In a heating mode, a controller 15 switches a solenoid valve 12 so that passage from an outdoor radiator 2 to the compressor may be communicated with each other, thereby returning refrigerant heat-exchanged by the outdoor radiator 2 to the compressor 1 without passing it through a low-pressure section 4b of an internal heat exchanger 4.
