PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate segregated disposal of an umbrella composed of metal components and non-metal components by easily separating an inside cap made of a resin member from shafts and main ribs made of metal members by detaching a ferrule therefrom. SOLUTION: Projecting shaft support grooves 15 for supporting projecting shafts 40 of a main rib 4 having the projecting shafts to be pivots in the both sides of the root part are formed into a prescribed depth in the both sides of each main rib storage groove 14 with their opened in the upper face of a main rib pivot part 10; the roots parts of all the main ribs 4 are stored in the main rib storage grooves 14 respectively with the projecting shafts 40 supported to the projecting shaft support grooves 15; then the projecting support grooves 15 are covered with a lid member 5; and the ferrule 6 is threadedly installed around the inside cap 3 from the upper part of the lid member 5.
