<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a Konjak (paste made from devil's tongue) product takable as a health food containing isoflavone, lecithin, saponin, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, etc., by eliminating the characteristic smell of Konjak. <P>SOLUTION: The method for the production of Konjak comprises a mixing step to stir and mix Konjak powder with a prescribed amount of soya milk prepared from soybean flour having a diameter of 1-50 μm and water or processed water and leave the mixture for a definite time, a kneading step to charge a prescribed amount of a coagulant to the mixture obtained by the mixing step and kneading the product, and a forming step to form the coagulation product to a prescribed form by heating the product after the coagulation step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
