<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect the charge for a charged content in advance by printing or recording access information for connecting to a charged content and selling the card at a brick-and-mortar shop, and to let a user use the charged content easily without fear of individual information leaking. <P>SOLUTION: The system is equipped with a URL information database having a plurality of URL numbers recorded thereon, and a content information database storing charged contents of the URL corresponding to the URL numbers. Based on the information of the URL information database, the card having a random URL number recorded thereon is distributed to a user, and when the URL number is inputted via the Internet, the record of the URL information database is referred, and when the URL number is recorded, a specific URL charged content can be contacted corresponding to the URL number of the content information database. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
