摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service system which eliminates various inconveniences to customers, when the customers order commercial products, in a crowded situation in a facility that sells food items and/or drinks. <P>SOLUTION: A facility customer service system 1 is provided with a central processing unit 5, installed in the facility and at least one service terminals 3 for communicating with the central processing unit 5. Each service terminal 3 displays a menu 7, indicating the products and/or the services to be sold in the facility to the customers. When the customer activates a menu items selector 9, an order signal is transmitted to the central processing unit 5, and the central processing unit 5 returns an order confirmation signal. The order signal includes information, indicating the products and/or services the customer wants. The service terminal 3 is provided with an automated money machine 11 to receive payment for the products and/or services which were ordered by the customer and whose orders were confirmed by the central processing unit 5, and offers the ordered products and/or services to the customers after payments. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
