<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily enlarge a terminal portion in an image. <P>SOLUTION: A segmentation position designating section 1 outputs segmentation position data 101, and a zoom magnification designating section 2 outputs zoom magnification data 102. A segmentation field angle calculation section 3 calculates, as next segmentation field angle data 105, a next zoom magnification, zoom center coordinates, next segmentation field angle center coordinates and a next segmentation field angle size based on the segmentation position data 101, the zoom magnification data 103, inputted source image size data 103 and held previous segmentation field angle data.
