<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incinerating method capable of performing landfill disposal of incinerated residue of silicon fine particle-contained waste generated in a silicon wafer manufacturing process or the like, in safety while preventing occurrence of ignition, explosion and accident caused by heat generation by reaction with alkali, and generation of hydrogen gas, and further to provide a recycling method for effectively utilizing the silicon fine particle-contained waste by mixing it with the other waste to be treated and incinerated in safety, and a fuel composition suitably used for cement combustion. <P>SOLUTION: In this silicon fine particle-contained waste disposal method, the silicon fine particle-contained waste is incinerated at a temperature of 800°C or more, thus the heat generation and generation of hydrogen gas are prevented even when the incinerated residue is mixed with water or alkali. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
