<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device that is advantageous in easily adjusting a rotational position of a camera around an axial center of a lens barrel. <P>SOLUTION: A camera 12 is linked to a swinging mechanism 20 through a bracket 32, guide members 34 and 36, three bearing members 42 and a fixing means 44. On of the bearing members 42 is provided in the center of a lower portion on the front face of a front plate 3204, and a cylindrical surface 3406 of the guide member 34 is supported to be rotated around an axial center of a lens barrel 1206.The remaining two bearing members 42 are provided on both sides closer to a lower portion on a rear face of a rear plate 3206 and support a cylindrical surface 3806 of the guide member 36 so as to rotate around the axial center of the lens barrel 1206.
