<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To replace a cooling system except a liquid cooling system with the liquid cooling system without affecting variation and a mounting amount of electronic devices mounted on each rack. <P>SOLUTION: A heat generating element inside electronic equipment is installed with a heat receiving jacket 14 connected with piping lead outside the equipment, a radiator 16, a tank 10, pumps 11, and piping connecting them are installed in a rack rear face door, and the radiator 16 is cooled by a fan 413 configured inside the electronic equipment.
