<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an activated sludge generation inhibitor easy to handle which can be easily applied at a low cost without extensively remodeling or modifying existing sewage disposal facilities, and can greatly reduce surplus sludge. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of an activated sludge generation inhibitor, a molding with an apparent porosity of 20-45% measured according to JIS R2205-74 is obtained by mixing a shell powder, a hydraulic binder, and water, and solidifying the mixture. It is desirable that an oyster shell is used as a shell for the shell powder, and that the activated sludge generation inhibitor is a spherical particle of 5-100 mm diameter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
