PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a motor that can prevent the generation of the vibration of a stator at motor driving, can secure insulation between a stator core and a coil wire by a simple part constitution while being reduced in size, and can alleviate a manufacturing load of a worker. SOLUTION: The outside diameter D of a single body of an insulator 13 is smaller than the inside diameter d1 of a case 11 at a prescribed temperature of the case, and larger than the internal diameter d2 of the case 11 at a normal temperature. The manufacturing method of the motor includes a process for casting the case 11 into the external periphery of the stator core 12; a process for removing the insulators from molds when the temperature of the case 11 reaches a prescribed temperature, inserts the insulators 13 into the internal peripheral side of the case 11, and arranging the insulators on both faces of the stator core 12; and a process for assembling the insulators 13 to the case 11 when the temperature of the case 11 reaches the normal temperature from the prescribed temperature, and the inside diameter d2 is contracted to a diameter not larger than the outside diameter D of the insulator 13.
