PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pan head device that tilts an imaging device without large torque while maintaining a smooth change in imaging angle. SOLUTION: A tilting means includes: a means for sliding the imaging device forward and backward; and a means for inclining an imaging direction by altering the angle of the position of the imaging device in accordance with the slide.
