PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering control device capable of controlling vehicle behavior at will of a driver when a steered angle of a rear wheel is controlled by yaw rate feedback control. SOLUTION: At steering control that an turning state amount of the vehicle is fed-back and rear wheel steering is executed so as to obtain the desired vehicle behavior, when counter steering that the detected turning state amount and the steering direction becomes opposite is detected, the rear wheel steered angle of reverse phase is given to the steering angle regardless of the turning state amount of the vehicle.
