PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blanket for printing which is suitable for printing a component member of an electronic device, or the like, which is formed by laying a surface printing layer constituted of a silicone rubber on a substrate and uses a plastic film causing no dust as the substrate and which has a stable and high solvent-resistant adhesion and is free of irregularity and uniform. SOLUTION: The blanket for printing is formed by laying a thin film of a metal or a metal compound on the surface of the plastic film and by laying the surface printing layer of the silicone rubber directly on the thin film without the intermediary of a primer.
