PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control device having good responsiveness to small vibration and a function of controlling great vibration. SOLUTION: The vibration control device comprises an upper side member 2 fixed to an upper structure 1 and having a recessed spherical portion, a lower side member 4 supported by a foundation member 3 and having a recessed spherical portion, and a rigid rolling member 10 laid between the upper side member 2 and the lower side member 4 and having a vertically symmetrical protruded spherical portion.
