PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a robot for enabling a more natural interaction with a person. SOLUTION: This action expressing device is provided with a characteristic part including at least characteristic components such as ears, a body and a head, and has a voice input means and a control part. The control part of the robot 100 expresses feeling by controlling an operation corresponding to an instruction of a voice by recognizing the voice inputted via the voice input means and controlling a joint to bend the characteristic part and a joint to connect the body and the head.
