PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw-type clamp which allows the operator to confirm that a specified fastening torque has acted on a hoisted load, based on visual observation, is high in safety, dispenses with retightening, and has a new structure. SOLUTION: The screw-type clamp functions to pinch and hoist the hoisted load by a reciprocative receiving metal 14 attached to one of leg portions 11 of a clamp body, and a clamping bolt screwed to the other leg portion. Herein the screw-type clamp employs a plate spring serial body 23 set up by serially arranging a plurality of plate springs 23a to 23c as an energizing means for moving and energizing the receiving metal so as to protrude toward an opening section. When the plate spring serial body 23 is in a maximally sagging state, by pinching the hoisted load between the clamping bolt and the receiving metal, and clamping the same with the specified fastening torque, the plate spring serial body generates a spring pressure corresponding to a thrust acting on the clamping bolt. In order to visually confirm the location of the receiving metal in this state, a clamping confirmation ring 20 is provided for the clamp body. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
