PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid structure of a rice cooker, in which an upper open part of a rice cooking pot 4 is closed by an inner lid 3 connected to an intermediate lid 22 provided on an outer lid 2, and an annular packing 2 formed of an elastic material is removably mounted on the outer peripheral edge part 31 of the inner lid 3, easily mounting the annular packing 1 always in a correct attitude on the inner lid 3. SOLUTION: The annular packing 2 includes: a fitting part 12 having one annular groove part 10 to which the outer peripheral edge part 31 of the inner lid 3 is closely fitted; and a pair of first and second extension pieces 11, 12 symmetrically projected up and down, wherein when the inner lid 3 is fitted to the intermediate lid 22, the upper end part 11a of the upper first extension piece 11 is pressed to the intermediate lid 22, and when the upper open part of the rice cooking pot 4 is closed by the inner lid 3, the lower surface 13b of the fitting part 13 is pressed to the flange 41 of the rice cooking pot 4 or the open end part 41x.
