PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer an amusement facility powered by wind force, particularly in relation to the automobile for play in the amusement park, which needs neither exchange of batteries nor refill of gasoline and can reduce an operating cost. SOLUTION: Wind is generated inside the building by the revolving force of the wind vanes placed under the roof. By making the vehicle travel by this wind, an individual vehicle needs neither an electric motor nor an engine.
