PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a footrest mat capable of preventing the economy-class syndrome by improving the blood circulation by the natural exercise of the feet and toes and being conveniently carried and stored. SOLUTION: This footrest mat 1 is sealed with fluid 3 composed of liquid or powder and granular materials in a bag body 2 formed of a soft sheet. Rubber spherical bodies 4 with a grain size of 3-50 mm are sealed in the bag body 2 along with the fluid.
