PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser apparatus which raises maneuverability especially regarding a medical purpose laser apparatus which irradiates a biological tissue with laser light. SOLUTION: In the laser apparatus 1 which transmits the laser light to the hand piece 5 through an optical fiber and emits the laser light from a probe 22 prepared in a hand piece 5, a hand piece body 20 and a rotor 21 rotatably mounted relative to the hand piece body 20 are included and the probe 22 is attached to the rotor 21. By such a constitution, for example, when irradiating to space between a tooth and the gum, etc., with the laser light, it becomes easy to turn the probe 22 to the affected part by rotating the probe 22.
