A method of retrieving information linked to a print medium using a mobile telecommunications device, comprising the steps of: reading a print media identifier from the print medium using a sensor module of the mobile telecommunications device; and, retrieving information linked to the print medium using the print media identifier and the mobile telecommunications device, the information retrievable from a database using the print media identifier.
