<p>A multiple CRC(Cyclic Redundancy Check) device for performing section detection and reliability information acquisition in a digital video broadcasting system and a method therefor are provided to detect a section and check reliability by performing a CRC in parallel by using a multiple CRC device without having an influence on adjacent sections. A controller performs the PID(Packet ID) filtering of a packet received through a wireless network, and detects a TS(Transport Stream) packet including section data. The controller performs a CRC for a payload of a corresponding section from header information of the section data, and processes frame buffering(900-950).</p> |
