PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a block-shaped molding and the block-shaped molding capable of simply manufacturing the block-shaped molding with a stabilized quality at a low cost without being influenced on ability of a worker in accordance with a manual in a plant and contemplating simplification, speediness and cost reductions of execution of work of this kind of molding so that the block-shaped molding manufactured in the plant can be settled only by being fixed after it has been conveyed to a field. SOLUTION: A form 2 for molding the block-shaped molding 1 is formed. The form 2 is divided into a plurality of forms to apply a mortar 3 to the inner surface of each form 2. A reinforcing material twisted with the mortar 3 is provided to the inside of the form 2. Then, a plurality of forms 2 are connected to each other to be restored to its original form 2, and the inside of the form 2 is filled with a foamed resin 4 to be injected. After the foamed resin 4 material has been solidified, the molding 10 is detached from the form 2, and then, the surface of the molding 10 is decoratively finished. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
