PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device whereby a user can recognize usage breakdowns of image data occupying a memory and can easily delete each of data on a usage breakdown picture. SOLUTION: When the user selects a memory usage state confirmation item on a menu display picture, a memory residual capacity and the consumed amount of image data by each type are displayed in unit of percentage. When the user depresses an "all deletion" button 51, a confirmation picture for the deletion is displayed, and when the user clicks "OK", all the data in the image memory are deleted. Further, when the user depresses any of "deletion" buttons 52 to 54 by each classification, since details of stored data of a classification corresponding to the depressed "deletion" button, an "all deletion" button for instructing the deletion of all the data of the classification, and a plurality of "deletion" buttons for instructing deletion of data by each of details are displayed, the user can delete optional image data.
