PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal in which user convenience is pursued by notifying present user location even after the mobile communication terminal such as a mobile phone with a GPS function is powered off. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a mobile communication function with a GPS function comprising: a GPS receiving section 105 for receiving signal data from a GPS satellite; a location measuring section 107 for determining a present location of the mobile communication terminal based on said signal data; a location information transmitting section 108 for transmitting location information or the like determined by the location measuring section 107; a control section 104 for outputting an instruction of a location information transmission request to the location information transmitting section 108; and a timer circuit 102 for powering on the mobile communication terminal at preset time intervals after powering-off. While the mobile communication terminal is powered on, the location information or the like of the mobile communication terminal is automatically transmitted at preset time intervals and even after the mobile communication terminal is powered off, the location information or the like of the mobile communication terminal can be automatically transmitted at preset time intervals.
