SOLUTION: This spacer S for forming a covering depth of concrete placed on a reinforcement structure R having at least two or more reinforcements comprises a first covering depth securing means 2 for securing a predetermined covering depth from a first reinforcement R1, a second covering depth securing means 3 for securing a predetermined covering depth from a second reinforcement R2 adjacent to the first reinforcement R1, and a lateral stop mens 4 for maintaining a distance between the first reinforcement R1 and the second reinforcement R2 which is installed between the first covering depth securing means 2 and the second covering depth securing means 3.
