PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a model murine of alimentation disorder patients. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the model murine of alimentation disorder patients obtained by substituting a rab8a gene on a chromosome with an inactive type rab8a gene to obtain the murine deleted in rab8a gene, and to the use of the murine for analysis of the alimentation disorder patients and screening of the therapeutic agent.
