PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for treating a net by distributing and hauling the net from the central part while applying various vibrations to the net descending from a net handling apparatus and further changing the hauling speed in each site and thereby folding the net while handling the net having a much greater width than the hull width so as to house the net on a net stand. SOLUTION: The apparatus for treating the net of the round haul net is obtained as follows. Roller arms are freely rotatably attached to a frame 20 provided movably and vertically movably on the net stand 2. The freely elevating and depressing net handling apparatus in which a right and a left handling rollers equipped with rod-like net tapping materials attached thereto are arranged and formed in the state of an obtuse angle is mounted on each tip of the roller arms.
