<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication information conversion device capable of easily grasping a state relating to a mobile by examining a movement history of the mobile, a state when the mobile passes through an area, and a circumferential environment of the passing area. <P>SOLUTION: The communication information conversion device 11 is equipped with a communication section 111 which establishes a communication path between a higher information system application unit 2 and a solid-body identifying device 14 installed in a specified area, and an area data generation section 112 which gathers solid-body identification data on the mobile passing through the specified area from the solid-body identifying device 14, generates area data wherein interest solid body identification data of the mobile of interest in the specified area and property data are related to each other, and transmits the generated area data to the higher information system application unit 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
