<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, method, and program for identifying subset of a number of source networks. <P>SOLUTION: Regarding each of a number of source networks, it is determined whether the number of interposed hops from the source network to one destination positions is less than the number of interposed hopes from the source network to another destination position among a plurality of destination positions. If less, that source network is included in the subset. If not, the source network is not included in the subset. One aspect of the presence invention is identifying a source of a service disturbing attack.
