PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle traveling information recording device, in which in the event of a vehicle accident or the like, how a driver was driving can be known in further detail. SOLUTION: An image recognition device 22 determines a visual line direction of the driver from an image of the driver's eyes taken by a driver face monitoring camera 21. A control circuit 2 of a car navigation device 1 periodically records, in a memory 23, traveling data detected by a vehicle speed sensor 14 or the like, position data acquired by a position detector 4, peripheral image data taken by a peripheral state monitoring camera 20, and the visual line direction data with the time.
