PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless packet communication system with which the throughput of the whole wireless communication system can be improved by performing efficient load dispersion to respective channels of wireless communication. SOLUTION: The wireless packet communication system with which packets between a base station and a terminal can be transmitted through one of a plurality of channels is equipped with a communication monitor unit 71 which detects communication state of the respective channels in each prescribed period, and a channel determination unit 74 which selects a channel through which new communication is started according to the communication states of the respective channels detected by the communication monitor unit 71.
