PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power amplifying circuit and a bias adjustment method thereof for eliminating the need for a circuit component such as a semi-fixed resistor for bias adjustment of the power amplifying circuit, eliminating useless power consumption to the utmost extent in response to a modulation system and a radio wave form, and capable of simply carrying out works such as bias adjustment at factory shipment. SOLUTION: The power amplifying circuit includes: a memory means for storing bias setting data corresponding to the radio wave form, the modulation system, or transmission channel information; a D/A conversion means for converting output data from the memory means into an analog bias signal; and a control CPU, and the CPU reads the corresponding bias setting data from the memory means when any of the radio wave form, the modulation system, or the transmission channel information is designated and supplies the data to required sections via the D/A conversion means as a bias signal.
