PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal information display system capable of easily evading the entry of a vehicle to a dilemma area and enabling the safe travel of the vehicle, and a vehicle speed control system. SOLUTION: This signal information display system comprises: a reception part 2 for acquiring the lighting information of a signal in front from the outside of an automobile; a position information acquisition part 322 for acquiring the position information of the signal with respect to the automobile; a vehicle speed input part 31 for recognizing the vehicle speed of the automobile A; and a computing part 33 for calculating the position information of an yellow area and a red area which are areas on a road where the lighting color of the signal becomes yellow and red when the automobile A advances at the vehicle speed recognized by the vehicle speed input part 31.
