PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens driving device whose optical axis misalignment is restrained by softening bending moment acting on a leaf spring used to elastically support a lens holder for holding a lens, thereby preventing the plastic deformation of the leaf spring. SOLUTION: The lens holder for holding the lens and upper and lower fixing members are movably supported by using the leaf spring 15 constituted of an inner periphery side fixing ring part 15a, an outer periphery side fixing ring part 15b, projecting pieces 15c and 15d respectively projecting from the fixing ring parts 15a and 15b to the inside in a radial direction or outside in the radial direction, and a coupling piece 15k coupling the projecting pieces 15c and 15d, and provided with a bending parts 15m and 15n bent in a thickness direction in the vicinity of the connection part of the coupling piece 15k with the projecting pieces 15c and 15d and/or at the center part thereof. Thus, the coupling piece 15k is prevented from being plastically deformed even when external force F in the radial direction or in a direction orthogonal to the radial direction acts on the leaf spring 15.
