PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable anchor bolt to make wooden buildings more stable and safe against their vertical and lateral shaking and twisting by earthquakes, in consideration that conventionally, concrete foundation and a wooden building thereon are fastened together by anchor bolts so that earthquakes could directly be applied to the wooden building as well as all furniture within it, and caused great damages. SOLUTION: The anchor bolt for fixing concrete foundation and a wooden building thereon is made movable, and rubber packings are inserted between the foundation and wooden building to weaken earthquakes forces applied to the building.
