PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wax remover to improve an atmosphere of a working place and to raise working efficiency by solving problems wherein many users express, in dewaxing work, their feeling of discomfort, although difference between individuals exists, against the smell of perfumes employed for masking the smell peculiar to petroleum, because most of the wax removers on the market are employing a petroleum-based solvent. SOLUTION: The wax remover (nonaromatic type) for surfboard is produced by filtering the wax removers on the market for surfboard by using activated carbon to thereby reduce the content of aromatic components and to make the wax almost odorless.
