PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball returning machine for a pachinko game machine in which a pachinko game stand and a returning machine can be separately produced beforehand and the pachinko game stand is easily attached to the case body without large-scale work. SOLUTION: The pachinko game machine P is provided with the pachinko stand 1 and the case body 2 for attaching the pachinko game stand 1. On the pachinko game stand 1, a takeout port 10 for taking out balls is formed. The takeout port 10 is formed at a position at which out balls and the balls put out by a big winning can be taken out. A ball replenishing part 11 for storing the balls is denoted by a code 11. The ball returning machine K is installed inside the space part 20 of the case body 2. The ball returning machine K is installed in the space part 20 such that the balls dropped from the takeout port 10 can be recovered by a movable ball receiving part 35 in the state that the pachinko game stand 1 is provided in the case body 2 and the balls sent from a carrying pipe 6 can be put in the ball replenishing part 11.
