PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection method for agrochemicals which can quickly, simply, safely and inexpensively detect the residue of an agrochemical inhibiting neurotransmitter systems; to provide a detection kit agrochemicals, and to provide a detection strip for agrochemicals. SOLUTION: The mechanism of acetylcholine esterase activity inhibition with an agrochemical is utilized. This detection method for detecting agrochemicals in a specimen comprises mixing the specimen with the acetylcholine esterase, adding the mixture solution to acetylthiocholine to react the mixture solution with the acetylthiocholine, and then detecting the produced thiocholine.
