PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoch-making slide device very superior in practicality, which automatically raises slightly forward a slide front end side into a tilted state to make a display part very easy to see when being moved to a slide open position from a superposition close position where the display part is made compact. SOLUTION: The slide device which couples a first member 1 and a second member 2 superposed on the first member 1 so as to make them slidable in a superposition surface direction is provided with a tilt-up mechanism 6 which automatically raises and inclines the second member 2 superposed on the first member 1, into a state of being upward inclined from a slide base end side toward the slide front end side, from a state of being parallel with an exposed superposition surface of the first member 1 when the second member 2 superposed on the first member 1 is slid to the first member 1 in the superposition surface direction by engagement between a guide part 3 and a slide part 5 to expose the superposition surface of the first member 1, and an electronic apparatus uses the slide device.
