The present invention is directed to a closure (1) for container and a proce ss for making of the closure (1) . The closure comprises an outer shell (2) , a sealing liner (8) and a barrier liner (12) which at least partially is encompassed by the sealing liner (8) and the outer shell (2) . The sealing liner (8) comprises holding means (10, 15) to temporarily hold onto a core o f an injection molding device such that the sealing liner (8) can be moved between several positions during making of the closure (1).
